Knowledge and behaviour of general employees

This training element focuses on the behaviour of operators and energy efficiency. With the employees we discuss what they can do to influence the energy usage of the company through their behaviour. The input for this training is the energy assessment, the results of the culture scan and the choice of specific behaviours which are chosen at the end of training element one. The training renders more adoption at the work floor when a member of the management team of the company is the person who presents the sustainability policy of the company.
